Contemporary home in Rosà
Construction of a two-family home built using the Mobu dry prefabricated system in Rosà (VI). Starting from a design provided to us by the professional engaged by the client, which called for the demolition of part of the existing building, engineering work was done on the new structure adjacent to the remaining portion of the home. The home is made from a structure composed of steel pillars and beams and wood ceilings, and the walls are made of rockwool modules covered in ventilated cladding. Finishing materials and a heat pump system were then added. The home is classified to energy class A4.
