Construction of a home with three property units built using the Mobu dry prefabricated system in Casalgrande (RE). Starting from a design provided to us by the professional engaged by the client, which called for the demolition of the existing building, engineering work was done on the new structure next to adjacent the home. The home is made from a structure composed of steel pillars and beams and wood ceilings, and the walls are made of rockwool modules covered in ventilated cladding. The home is under construction.
