Renovation of a residential unit in a row house through the use of the Mobu dry prefabricated system in Miane (TV). The project involved changes to the interior layout only, keeping a part of the exterior masonry for historical reasons, as well as changes to the building's elevations. A new steel-and-wood load-bearing structure was built to make the home earthquake-proof, and part of the exterior walls was rebuilt to increase energy efficiency. The home is under construction.
